Barbara Grifoni inizia a frequentare corsi di danza classica fin dall'età di cinque anni. Si dedicherà poi completamente allo studio delle danze latino-americane e delle danze standard.
I successi si susseguono negli anni tanto che decide di passare dalla categoria "amatori" a quella professionistica ad appena diciotto anni.
Studia in tutti i migliori Centri di danza di Londra ed inizia a ballare in coppia con Michele Boschi nel 2001.
La passione, la dedizione e le capacità la porteranno a diventare GIUDICE E TECNICO NAZIONALE nell'ambito della F.I.D.S. - Federazione Italiana Danze Sportive.

Michele Boschi ha il proprio approccio con il ballo iniziando dalle Danze Standard. Dopo aver ottenuto numerosi successi in campo nazionale, arriva per Michele un grande risultato a livello internazionale: nel 1997 conquista il 4° posto al mondo nelle Danze Standard in categoria "Under 21". Passerà a ballare nella categoria "Professionisti" ed inizierà a ballare con Barbara nel 2001
